Christian was born and raised in the bootheel of southeast Missouri, an area
rich in waterfowl hunting history. His father first took him hunting at the
tender age of 6, and he has been hooked ever since. Twenty six years later,
with a few sidesteps along the way, including a beautiful family, he continues
to pursue his passion for hunting, waterfowl in particular. |
| |
| Christian and
his wife Sherry have been married for 11 years.
They reside in Sikeston, Mo, with their two
energetic children, Lexi age 7, and Lane age 5. About 7 years ago Christian
started his own
duck call company, called Timbre duck calls. He recently joined forces with RNT
Calls,
out of Stuttgart, Arkansas to produce a line of calls that bear the name
RNT-Timbre duck calls. In the winter Christian operates a waterfowl outfitting
service along
with Keith Allen called Allen-Curtis Wildfowl Adventures, LLC. During the rest
of the year,
Christian is a Territory Manager for Avery Outdoors, Inc. of Memphis,
TN. Avery is the nation's leader in waterfowl decoy and
accessory manufacturing. Christian is proud to be a part of this team. |
| |
| Christian is also an avid participant in duck calling contests. He
has been involved in the sport for 7 years. In that time he has been fortunate
enough to win 2 World Hunting Style Duck Calling championships, 2 top ten
finishes in the World Duck Calling contest, as well as several other state and
regional championships. Christian states that although he loves the
competition, he treasures the many friends he has made across the country
because of this sport. |
